Blockchain Scotland's two annual summits come together in 2027 as a single two-day event at the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh. Day one, Tokenisation Day, covers tokenisation, digital assets and regulation for finance professionals and is deliberately non-technical. Day two, Innovation Day, covers DeFi, autonomous and agentic finance and AI, with sessions led by the people building the technology. Delegates can attend either day or both.

The second Edinburgh DeFi Summit built on the 2025 event, bringing together speakers from Northern Trust, Lido, Katana, Consensys, TRM Labs, the Scottish Government and the University of Edinburgh. It covered DeFi protocols, AI in finance, regulatory developments and how Scotland and the UK can play a greater role in the global blockchain ecosystem.
